Well, finally, I gathered my strength, less than a week has passed))) Or has already passed) I decided to tell and show where we spent our birthdays with my son. My husband decided to take us away from the hustle and bustle and arrange a weekend in Lviv coffee houses. As you know, this place is famous for its coffee and excellent pastries, so for me it turned out to be a gastro weekend. 4 interesting days full of goodies, interesting meetings and new acquaintances. During this time, we drove almost 1,500 km, we were tired, but it was worth it.

On the way, we accidentally got to Pidhirtsi, we just stopped to look at the building, which turned out to be the Church of the Exaltation and St. Joseph. Pretty impressive structure, goosebumps. This church was built on the model of the Italian Basilica di Supergi (Basilica di Superga), erected in 1717 - 1731 in Turin. It took almost a decade and a half to build.

A little further, right opposite the church, is the Pidhirtsi Castle, one of the most beautiful and pompous castles in this region. Together with Olesko and Zolochiv castles, it forms the so-called Golden Horseshoe. They write that it looks like Versailles. We did not go inside, as we were very tired from the road, we wanted to get to the hotel as soon as possible. But from the outside it looks great. The famous "Dartanyan and the Three Musketeers" were once filmed in the castle. Time, however, did not spare him. In Soviet times, there was a tuberculosis dispensary there, and auxiliary rooms in the church.

Where exactly I was going, I didn't really know) Surprise, so to speak. But I was pleasantly surprised. The country hotel "Panskaya Gora" turned out to be very even! Large well-groomed area, lake, outdoor terraces, playground and excellent breakfasts. The rooms are clean, cozy, full-length windows, I was comfortable, lazy and very cool)))

The pug in the hearty Lviv kitchen has noticeably rounded, but this is a side effect))

I fell in love with these balconies with flowers, the beauty!

In general, Lviv met us with excellent sunny weather and many colors and colors. It seemed to me that I was in another country, even amazing.

The streets were filled with crowds of tourists from the very morning, everyone was in a hurry, buzzing, flying.

The streets are strolled by charming candy-candy girls in beautiful dresses. Sasha could not understand why "princesses do not give out candy".)))

There are also petunias on the balconies ... AAAAA ... I want such flowers to drink coffee and inhale the aroma, but how they smell in the evening ... I can't convey.

I was completely lazy, I didn't take my camera with me almost, so the photo from my phone.

We just clicked the roof, and then it turned out that this is the Lviv Statue of Liberty, only it is sitting. He also hugs men. In 1983, her hand fell off, right on a tourist woman. For a long time she was without an arm, something was then attached to her, but the color is different.

But I just fell in love with this vehicle) It stood by the side of the road and delighted the eye with its sunny appearance)))) For some reason I have associations with Italy)

By the way, there are no problems with creativity. Lvov can make a bomb lamp from a bucket ...

... or a flowerbed in an old shoe)))

The entire city center, and not only the center, there are cafes, restaurants, there are a myriad of them. Umbrellas, awnings, terraces, playgrounds ... Smells everywhere ... but more on this separately and another time ...

The obligatory point of visit was "Lvivska kopalnya kavi" (I really don't know how to translate ... the coffee mine). The sign says that Lviv coffee was born here ... I will show a photo from this place a little later. They sell coffee, cups, souvenirs, books ... you can sit at a table and poke around, but the smell is stunning.

They give out helmets, so as not to gouge your head, you can look at the trolley that transports a valuable cargo) In general, an illusion is created here that coffee is mined like coal, for example)

I could not pass by such decorative pendants from saucers and cups. It's a funny thing.

We didn't want to sit in the basement, it was stuffy there, there were a lot of people and noise. Found a table upstairs and I called Lena podkolenochka ... Before that, we did not communicate so much on the open spaces of LiveJournal, but we decided that it was necessary to meet and drink coffee without fail. And while my boys went to the Arsenal Museum to gaze at the cannons, we rattled as if we had known each other for 10 years) Very positive and cheerful person. I am glad to de-virtualize and meet

And then we walked a lot, looked into the Latin Cathedral, it was very beautiful, but we could not take pictures, because it was service time.

But this architectural monument is the Boim Chapel, which was actually built as a crypt for the Boim merchant family. The most interesting thing is that it was originally white, but over the centuries it got a little dusty and smoked. Now this place belongs to an art gallery. In general, in Lviv, wherever you look, there are continuous historical monuments.

We went on an excursion around Lviv, looked, listened, the price is about 75 grams for one. Interesting, but hot ... And the next day I spent, perhaps, the best Birthday) In the evening we met Lena again, drank wine, ate ribs and walked around Lviv in the evening) I prudently took flip flops into my bag, for walking on a hairpin on cobblestones .... well, not very interesting)

And Lena gave me such a wonderful basket of flowers, which traveled 730 km and remained in excellent shape))) So, from the heart!

On the way back, we found "our little homeland." There is a small village in the Zhytomyr region that is consonant with our surname. We did not look for newly-made relatives, but we took pictures near the index)))

To be continued)
